In a disused hospital, a disturbed young woman, Roslyn, takes a night job organising patient records. While there, she experiences a series of disturbing events connected to a string of local murders by a killer dubbed the NightHawk. As her home life spirals into untenable turbulence, Roslyn’s suspicion of her husband’s involvement mounts. Seeking counsel with Dr. Clement, a psychiatrist working on the patient paperwork, Roslyn comes across a chilling therapy room called Psych 9 full of 1970s-style treatment equipment. When a young girl on the day shift disappears, Roslyn takes the victim’s files to the murder detective Marling. To solve the murder mystery, Roslyn must return to the ward and uncover the secrets locked in Psych 9.
