Terms and Conditions for indi VISION website competition for DVDs of your choice!
1. The competition is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents who are aged 18 years or over except employees of Universal Pictures (UK) Ltd, and their affiliated companies, their families or agencies or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
2. All entries must be submitted in the method as proscribed in the Competition page of the indi VISION website and as provided for in these Terms and Conditions. All entries must include the email address of the entrant and correct answer to question.
3. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received and the judge's decision is final. Prize details below*.
4. Closing date for entry is midnight on 30th November, 2009. Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. Promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries which are not received or delays in receiving entries.
5. The winner will be notified by email by 30th December, 2009.
6. You may enter as many times as you like.
7. Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Prize awarded.
8. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in the event of exceptional circumstances outside its control which affect its ability to operate the promotion.
10. The winner may be required to take part in publicity associated with this promotion.
11. A list of winner's names and counties will be available by contacting Universal Pictures (UK) Ltd.
12. In administrating this promotion the Promoter will not collect more of your personal information than absolutely necessary and will only use your personal information for the purposes of this promotion.
13. The rules of this competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising therefrom.
