Lava (cert. 15)

synopsis

It's a blazing hot summer day in west London and two deluded heroes set out on a mission. Smiggy (Joe Tucker) is a boasting buffoon who loudly claims to have seen active service in the army. Philip (Jason Holmes) is a simple yet well-meaning supermarket shelf-stacker with one ambition: to avenge the beating his brother Stevie (Harry Iggulden) received at an amusement arcade that left him brain-damaged. When the helpless pair locate the culprit, they inadvertently ignite a drugs dispute between rival gangs that soon escalates into a bullet-ridden bloodbath.
